(2) However, if you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective book, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.

(3) To be eligible for an exchange, the book must be unused and in its original condition andpackaging.

(2) Provide your order details and a photo of the book if it is damaged or incorrect.

(3) Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for an exchange or replacement.
